This policy explains what information Kibriya Sabbir (“I”, “me”) collects through kibriyasabbir.com, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
Details you submit in brief forms: your name, work email, company website, role, ad and campaign details, and anything you write in free-text fields.
Order details from checkout: your name, email, the plan you bought and payment status. Payments are handled by a third-party checkout provider; I never see or store your full card details.
Basic usage data: the site is hosted on Framer, which may record pages visited, browser, device and approximate location.
How I use it
To review your brief, deliver your landing page and reply to you.
To send project-related emails such as delivery links, revision requests and receipts.
To keep business, tax and accounting records.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
I don’t sell your information, and I don’t use it for advertising.
Who I share it with
Only with services needed to run the work:
Framer — website hosting and form submissions.
The checkout provider — payments, invoices and refunds.
Email and design tools (for example Figma) used to deliver your project.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Project information is kept for as long as the project is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how it’s used. Email hello@hellokibriya.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies so it works properly, and Framer may set analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security
Information is stored with reputable providers that use encryption in transit. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This site and its services are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
