These terms apply when you buy a landing page or a monthly retainer from Kibriya Sabbir (“I”, “me”) through kibriyasabbir.com. By completing checkout, you agree to them.
Services
Landing Page — a custom landing page design in Figma, with desktop and mobile layouts.
Landing Page with development — the same design, built and published on Framer, Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage or Landingi.
Monthly Retainer — ongoing landing page requests for teams running several campaigns.
How projects run
You send a brief through the form on the site and pay at checkout.
The first design is delivered within 48 hours of receiving a complete brief and any assets needed.
If you added development, the page goes live within 2 days of design approval.
The process is async — no calls or meetings are required.
If the brief is missing information or feedback is delayed, the delivery clock pauses until I have what I need.
Revisions
The Landing Page plan includes up to 3 revision rounds. The Monthly Retainer includes unlimited revisions. A revision is a change to the agreed page — new pages or a new direction count as a new request.
Monthly Retainer
Billed monthly in advance until you cancel.
Unlimited landing page requests, with 2 requests in progress at a time.
Each request is designed within 48 hours of a complete brief.
You can pause or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed by a third-party checkout provider.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information in your brief.
Only send content, logos, images and copy you have the right to use.
Review and reply to deliveries in a reasonable time.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final designs and pages delivered for your project. Fonts, stock images and third-party tools stay under their own licences. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to in writing.
Results
Pages are designed to convert ad traffic, but conversion rates and ad performance depend on factors outside my control, such as your offer, budget and targeting. Specific results are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project, or for retainers, the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim. I’m not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost ad spend.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project by email. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Work already delivered and paid for remains yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
