I want you to be happy with your page. Here’s exactly when refunds apply.
Landing Page plans
Before work starts: full refund. If you change your mind before I start your design, you get all your money back.
Missed delivery: if I miss the 48-hour window for your first design (after receiving a complete brief), you can request a full refund.
After the first design is delivered: no refunds, because the work is already done. Your revision rounds are there to get the page right.
Monthly Retainer
Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next monthly charge.
First month: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and no request has been delivered, you get a full refund.
After that, payments for the current billing period are not refunded, and you keep access until the period ends.
How to request a refund
Email hello@hellokibriya.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
